1. Services Provided

Lift Digital Marketing provides website development, SEO optimization, and social media marketing services. All services are customized based on the client's needs and specifications agreed upon during the consultation process.

2. Client Responsibilities

  • Clients must provide accurate, complete, and timely information required for the services.

  • Clients must respond promptly to communications and approve content, designs, or strategies when requested.

  • Clients are responsible for their website content, branding decisions, and third-party platform compliance.

3. Scope and Limitations of Services

  • Services are limited to what is explicitly agreed upon in the service contract.

  • Any additional services, revisions, or modifications beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges.

  • While we aim to improve online visibility, we do not guarantee specific rankings, sales, or audience growth. SEO and marketing outcomes depend on multiple factors outside our control.

4. Communication Policy

  • Clients are entitled to professional support during standard business hours ([e.g., Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM, Local Time]).

  • Excessive or unreasonable communication, including frequent calls, emails, or messages beyond agreed check-ins, may result in additional fees or suspension of service until communication resumes within normal limits.

  • All requests for changes or revisions must be submitted via the agreed-upon communication channels.

5. Revisions and Complaints

  • Minor revisions are included as specified in the service agreement. Additional revisions or changes beyond the agreed number will be billed at our standard hourly rate.

  • Complaints must be submitted in writing and addressed according to the dispute resolution clause.

  • We strive to resolve complaints professionally; however, dissatisfaction with subjective elements such as design preference or content style does not constitute grounds for refunds.

6. Client Conduct

  • Clients are expected to engage respectfully and professionally.

  • Threats, harassment, or abusive behavior toward our team may result in immediate suspension or termination of services without refund.

7. Payment Terms

  1. Payment Schedule

    • For services costing under £1,000, full payment is due upon booking.

    • For services costing £1,000 or more, a 50% deposit is required upon booking, with the remaining 50% due upon project completion.

  2. Non-Payment and Late Payments

    • Failure to pay according to the agreed schedule may result in suspension of services until payment is received.

    • Late payments may incur additional charges as outlined in the service agreement.

  3. Refunds

    • Refunds are not provided, except in cases where [Your Business Name] fails to deliver the agreed services as specified in the service contract.

    • Partial work or completed milestones remain the property of [Your Business Name], and fees for work already completed are still due in full.

8. Intellectual Property

  • Clients retain ownership of content they provide.

  • Upon full payment, clients are granted ownership of website designs and content created specifically for them.

  • We retain the right to display work in our portfolio for marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • Lift Digital Marketing is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of our services.

  • We cannot be held responsible for third-party platform changes, server outages, or actions outside our control that affect service performance.

10. Termination of Services

  • We reserve the right to terminate services if clients fail to meet payment obligations, provide required materials, or engage in unreasonable conduct.

  • Clients may terminate services at any time with written notice; fees for work already completed remain due.

11. Dispute Resolution

  • In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to attempt resolution through direct communication in good faith.

  • If unresolved, disputes may be subject to mediation or arbitration in accordance with local law.

12. Changes to Terms

  • We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of material changes via email or website update.

  • Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
